Start with the symptoms and the equipment history
Genesis Prime Group's generator services include troubleshooting, emergency repairs and breakdown service. Properties in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties can contact us with equipment information and the problem requiring attention.
Call 305-570-8520 to discuss current service availability. Online inquiries do not confirm dispatch, a response time or the availability of a particular part.

Describe what happened
Tell us whether the generator failed to start, stopped during operation, displayed an alarm or was flagged during maintenance or testing. Include the time of the event, what building operations were affected and any previous service findings.
Provide the manufacturer, model, fuel type and rated output when known. Photographs of safely accessible labels and existing reports are useful. Do not open energized equipment, bypass controls or attempt a repair to gather information for the inquiry.
The purpose of the initial information is to identify the appropriate service scope and equipment expertise, not to diagnose the system remotely from a short message.
Distinguish the generator from related equipment
The reported problem may require review of the engine, controls, starting components, ATS or fuel system. The service proposal should identify what is being inspected and what remains outside that scope.
Our related services include controller diagnostics, battery and charger inspection, cooling-system inspection and radiator repair, ATS troubleshooting, and fuel-system components. Work involving another specialty must be identified and assigned appropriately.

Authorization before corrective work
A service visit should establish findings and proposed next actions. Confirm any diagnostic charge, access requirement, parts approval and repair authorization before work proceeds. A request for service is not approval for an unrestricted repair budget.
Where the equipment remains unavailable, discuss the operating impact and whether a separate temporary-power scope is needed. Availability and suitability of rental equipment must be confirmed; it is not automatically included in a repair visit.
Repair or replacement?
Recurring problems can raise a capital-replacement question, but replacement should follow a documented review. Compare the condition, identified repair, equipment support and the work required around a new generator rather than deciding only from age.
If replacement is proposed, define ATS reuse, fuel work, support, removal, installation and the period without the existing unit. Review generator replacement services.
Emergency inquiries and service arrangements
For time-sensitive repair needs, call to confirm availability and the applicable service arrangement. Dispatch, coverage and eligibility must be confirmed for the property; an online request does not establish an arrival time.
The online form is not an emergency-services line. For an immediate threat to life or property, contact the appropriate emergency services rather than waiting for a website reply.
Does a maintenance contract include all repairs?
Only the work stated in the agreement is included. Diagnostic labor, parts, after-hours attendance and retesting should be identified separately where applicable.
Can you review a failed test report?
Send the report and the equipment information so the appropriate scope can be established. A report review alone does not confirm the cause of the problem.
Is factory warranty work available for every brand?
Manufacturer authorization and warranty responsibility must be confirmed for the equipment. No universal dealer or factory-service authorization is claimed.
